Fill this out alone, honestly. This is your blueprint — not something to impress anyone with.
⚠The Consequence — Read this before you start
If I do not reach $5,000 by day 30, I agree to donate $50 to a Macedonian charity within 48 hours of the deadline. No excuses. No extensions. The group holds each other accountable and witnesses the transfer. Failure costs something — that's the point.
I have read this and I accept:
(initials)
1 Service & offer
Be extremely specific. Not "web design" — say exactly what you build, on what platform, in how many days.
Write it like you'd say it out loud to a stranger. If you can't say it in one sentence, you don't know your offer yet.
What can the client point to after working with you and say "this changed"?
2 Niche & target client
Business size, revenue range, how many employees, who you're actually talking to (owner? manager? marketing person?), what stage they're at.
Not what you assume — what would they say if you asked them "what's frustrating you most right now?"
Don't skip this. Knowing your first targets before day 1 is the difference between taking action and stalling.
3 Pricing & revenue math
4 Lead generation — finding prospects
What signals tell you "this business needs me"? Think: bad website, no website, low reviews, outdated branding, etc.
5 Cold outreach — DMs, email & calls
Short. Personalized. About THEM, not you. Lead with an observation, not a pitch. No "I am a web designer looking for clients."
Subject line should be curiosity-driven, not salesy. Body = 3–5 lines max. One clear CTA at the end.
You have 20 seconds before they decide to hang up. Pattern interrupt, state why you're calling, make it about them.

9 How much do I actually believe I'll do this?
This isn't about looking confident. It's about knowing where your doubt lives so you can work on it.

I think I can do this — but I know I'll need to push myself.
10 Bad habits — I commit to quitting these for 30 days
Be real. Doom scrolling, staying up late, skipping outreach days, saying "I'll start tomorrow" — name yours.
